Do we (embroidery_by_genae) supply the garment to embroider on?
~Yes and no, we have our set items that we embroider on, but if you have a specific item you would like embroidered, you can ship that item to me.

What is your turn around time?
~14 to 21 days

Return Policy:

Orders are customized, therefore they cannot be returned. Please check and double check to ensure you have uploaded the correct logo, if you submit an incorrect logo you will have to pay twice to have it digitized. If you do not feel the logo or image that is embroidered is not clear or to your satisfaction, please reach out to me and I will do my best to fix the situation.
